1. Processing Time

- Customized orders are processed within 3–4 business days after payment confirmation.

- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

- Standard Shipping (India): 4–7 business days.

- Express Shipping (India): 2–4 business days (extra charges apply).

- International Shipping: 7–15 business days (depending on location).

Note: Delivery timelines may vary due to courier delays, festive seasons, or unforeseen circumstances.

3. Shipping Charges

- Free standard shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹599 (India only).

- Standard shipping charges of ₹50–₹100 for orders below ₹599.

- Express and international shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via email/SMS to monitor your package.

5. Address Information

Please ensure your shipping address, pin code, and contact number are entered correctly. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

6. Delays & Issues

If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated time, kindly contact us at anycutjewels@gmail.com or WhatsApp - 9054543791. In case of lost or damaged parcels, we will assist you with replacements or refunds as per our Return & Refund Policy.

7. Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD is available on selected pin codes in India. Additional COD charges may apply.
